Evolution Business Media Group (EBMG) was created to provide small and medium sized business with a full range of marketing and advertising services. Thanks to the development of the new Nanaimo Business News (NBN) website, EMBG clients now have a new and exciting venue for presenting themselves to a broad online audience.
NBN is one of the newest projects undertaken by Evolution Business. The website has been designed from its inception as a showcase for business-themed articles and news items from across the Central Vancouver Island region. Clients of Evolution Business Media Group have three different ways of getting their individual message out to the world via the NBN website – as business profiles, news items, and as part of the website’s companion Business Directory.
In the first method it is envisioned that in time each of the EBMG clients will have a feature article produced about them that will appear as a Business Profile on the Nanaimo Business News website. This same material will also be developed as a blog entry on each of their individual company websites to ensure maximum exposure.
The second promotional opportunity is the new website’s Business Directory section. This self-serve potion of the website will allow individual companies to upload logos, brief descriptions and contact information about itself to appear as part of a number of distinctly different business categories. The Directory entry for an auto detailer for example would appear under the ‘Automotive’ section, but would also likely also be categorized under ‘Retail’. For EBMG clients this Business Directory posting will appear automatically as part of the services offered by the marketing company.
A third form of marketing through the business website will be as stories or media releases. If legitimate news items about EBMG clients are developed they will be uploaded to the website. Again this will be a service automatically provided Evolution Business to its client base.
The Nanaimo Business News website will champion the region’s business community, while serving as an additional marketing option for the clients of Evolution Business Media Group.
