Jacqui has a multi-faceted background from graphic design, culinary, tourism, and marketing. She has a strong passion for integrated marketing communications, experiential marketing, and photography.
Jacqui first began her career in the culinary field. She was inspired while travelling across Canada where she learned about the local food movement. She has experience in a diverse area in the culinary industry. Including a passion for being able to help others that have dietary restrictions using fresh and local food.
Her background in culinary management inspired her to begin her career in advertising and marketing. She advanced her studies in advertising, and decided to continue her education to help diversify herself. She went into graphic design, and then later into travel and tourism.
In her past work, Jacqui has been involved with many different projects such as event planning, campaign building, corporate branding, and multimedia design. She has won many awards for her work, and has helped with the start up of numerous businesses including a past business venture of her own.
Jacqui has always had a strong passion for photography. She majors in nature and macro photography, but through the years her experience has strengthened into other areas. Jacqui has been the manager of a photography studio and manages her own photography brand. In her free time, Jacqui likes to volunteer with the Harbour City Photography Club, and is the current Chair of the Photo Salon. She also has a strong passion for videography and loves combining her skills of photography, videography and adventure for travel whenever she has the opportunity.
