Our Approach
We understand the complexities and politics in Indigenous communities. Cultural sensitivity is always top of mind. Our business philosophy of proactive, positive communication that educates and informs in a professional manner ensures that we meet the needs of your Indigenous community. We recognize that the needs of your Indigenous community are different from any other. This is why we offer customized services that are tailored to you and your Band.
We focus on constant improvement – in communications, marketing, and our leadership. We are always evolving.
By taking a positive and professional approach, we work to build trust within Indigenous communities. Through consistent and continual communication, we work to ensure a positive image and reputation is grown. A positive image and reputation with consistent communication reduces the spread of misinformation.
Customized Services For Indigenous Bands
We know how important it is to manage your Band’s image and reputation. We believe that a proactive approach gives the Band’s administration and your members the best opportunity for success.
Having a team of communication experts available to you ensures that information can be delivered quickly, like sharing employment opportunities, promoting cultural events, and sharing training opportunities. Using a managed website and social media system can help ensure all Band members receive relevant and timely community communications and help build pride and culture amongst Band members. As well, through a positive proactive approach, branding and communication will help you build partnerships and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
Often managing an Indigenous Band’s image and communication channels fall to the Band Manager or another staff member’s job, operating off the side of the desk while they handle running the administration. Image, reputation, and communication play a big role in almost every aspect of the administration. These tasks impact the way everyone views the Band and the surrounding community. By focusing on positive communication and proactive image management, the Band has the opportunity for growth and success.
